This first visit is important because it confirms your puppy is adjusting well to their new home and establishes care with your veterinarian.

If your veterinarian identifies a serious health issue that was present before delivery, please get in touch with us immediately with the veterinarian’s written report. We’ll work with you promptly to review the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.

Genetic Health Guarantee

We also provide a one-year genetic health guarantee covering life-threatening hereditary or congenital conditions that significantly affect your puppy’s quality of life.

If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a qualifying genetic condition during the guarantee period, we may request supporting medical records for review.

If the condition is confirmed, we will work with you toward a fair resolution, which may include:

• A replacement puppy (when available), or
• Another mutually agreed solution.
